29 CFR 1910.269(l)(3)(iii):The employer shall ensure that no employee approaches or takes any conductive object closer to exposed energized parts than the employer's established minimum approach distance, unless: On or about September 5, 2023, the employer failed to ensure an employee maintained an approach distance of 2.14 feet or greater (prescribed in Table R-3 or R-6) of an exposed energized 7,620-volt (7.6kV) overhead power line while working from the aerial bucket of an aerial bucket truck at a worksite located at or near 5004 East Pleasant Valley Road, Independence, Ohio.
