29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(6): Ladders were used on surfaces which were not stable and level: On or about 7/19/2023, at the jobsite located at 512 Spencer Dr. West Palm Beach, FL 33409, an employee was performing caulking removal on a window glass from a Werner 8-ft A-frame fiberglass ladder, which was not set up on stable ground, exposing the employee to a 3-ft fall hazard.

29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: On or about 7/19/2023, at the jobsite located at 512 Spencer Dr. West Palm Beach, FL 33409, the employer did not train employees in the safe usage of ladders, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 3-feet while using a Werner 8 ft. A-frame fiberglass ladder while performing caulking removal on a window glass.
