29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a. In the manufacturing area at 14340 Carlson Cir. TAMPA, FL., on or about 09/11/2023, employees were exposed to caught in hazards in that the doors on the gummy candy production line could be open during the manufacturing process, without a secondary means of guarding, exposing employees to rotating chain and sprockets.
