29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1): Before an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, the employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specific elsewhere in this Part:   29 CFR  1910.30(a)(1):The employer did not provide fall protection training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems of who was required to be trained, before the employee was exposed to the fall hazard.  A) 1248 South River Road, Cranbury NJ  08512  The employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who are exposed to a fall hazard while picking merchandise from the racking system. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approx. 20 feet.  On or about September 11, 2023.
