29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5):Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a.) At the jobsite, located at 1100 N. Toledo Blade Blvd. North Port, FL 34286; on or about 9/12/23, the employer exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation hazards, in that the entry doors of the production room leading to and from the back stockroom was not an exit door and was not labeled by a "no exit" sign while employees conducted warehouse operations.
