Switchboards that have any exposed live parts shall be located in permanently dry locations and shall be accessible only to qualified persons.  a. Mount Carmel Health System DBA New Albany Surgical Hospital, located at 7333 Smith's Mill Rd, New Albany, OH 43054: On or before September 12, 2023, non-qualified employees accessed an electrical room with a switchboard that was missing the front cover, which exposed the employees to electrical contact hazards of 480 volts.
