29 CFR 1926.703(a)(1): Formwork was not designed, fabricated, erected, supported, braced and maintained so that it would be capable of supporting without failure all vertical and lateral loads that could reasonably be anticipated to be applied to the form:  On or about September 12, 2023, at the third floor, 800 Meadows Road (Boca Baptist Hospital), Boca Raton, Florida 33486, an employee was exposed to struck-by and caught-in between hazards when formwork for a column collapsed when released from a crane.
