29 CFR 1910.95(k)(1): A training program was not instituted for all employees who were exposed to noise at or above an 8-hour Time-Weighted Average (TWA) of 85 decibels (dBA): a) Didion Area - On or about 9/8/23, employees who are included in the employer's Hearing Conservation Program did not receive the required training, including the effects of noise on hearing, and the purpose of hearing protectors such as the advantages, disadvantages, attenuation of various types, and instructions on selection, fitting, use, and care, as well as the purpose of the audiometric testing. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
