(a) Northcentral section of facility - stairwell leading to second floor storage area; The enclosed stairwell contained approx. 20 risers and 19 treads and did not contain a handrail. (b) Northeast section of facility - stairwell leading to second floor breakroom; The enclosed stairwell contained approx. 9 risers and 8 treads and did not contain a handrail.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) Northcentral section of facility - second floor; On or about September 11, 2023 and at times prior, four electrical panels and a shutoff breaker were not kept readily accessible, in that the area contained miscellaneous cardboard boxes and debris.
