On or about September 13, 2023, and at times prior thereto, flammable liquids were stored in open containers in the following locations, exposing the employees to the hazard of an explosion or fire.  a.) In the "Water" side of the ink production area, there was one (1) open container of Multiwet MM-80-LQ - (AP). b.) In the "Solvent" side of the ink production area, there were two (2) open containers of flammable mixtures of solvent products.  c.) In the Laboratory area, there were two (2) open containers of flammable mixtures of product ingredients.
