29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):  The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye.  (a) Production area - walking beam machine; On or about August 5, 2023, an employee sustained a workplace injury to their right hand.  The employee was hospitalized the same day due to the extent of the injury and the employer did not report the hospitalization to OSHA within the required timeframe.
