29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used: a- Lilich Corporation, Totowa, NJ - Site Address 240 Rt 22 West Springfield, NJ: Employees performing mastic removal while using flammable chemicals, to include Inline Safeguard Mastic Remover, were not instructed in appropriate work practices and/or personal protective equipment to use to protect them from chemical exposure hazard(s) such as burns to the skin. Observed on/or about 9/14/2023.
