29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work:    a)  At 3857 Pleasant Valley Road, Mobile, Alabama (Roof Area):  On or about September 15, 2023, the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that the employer required employees to work in close proximity to energized and unguarded electric power lines (service drop) that employees could come in contact with while performing roofing work.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 3857 Pleasant Valley Road, Mobile, Alabama (Roof Area):  On or about September 15, 2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately nine (9) feet in that fall protection was not utilized by employees while performing roofing work.
