OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards:  (a) At the yard, located at 2701 E 5th Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33605: On or about 9/18/2023, employees standing on the load on the flatbed truck to spot for the forklift operator were exposed to an approximate 6-foot. 2.5-inch fall hazard, in that, fall protection was not provided.
