29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about 9/19/2023 on the site located at 6082 Singletree Lane, Jamesville, NY 13078: The employer did not ensure that employees working on a residential structure with a roof pitch of approximately 6:12 were utilizing fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall distance of approximately 20 feet. KND Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1425273, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/27/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8416 Brewerton Road, Cicero, NY 13039.
