29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains, which were seven feet or less from the floor or platform, were not enclosed: (a) On or about September 11, 2023, an employee working to stack boards coming off Rip Saw 1 line was exposed to a caught-in hazard in that the drive chain and sprockets of the pinch roller were not enclosed. (b) On or about September 19, 2023, an employee operating Rip Saw 1 line was exposed to a caught-in hazard in that the drive chain and sprockets of the infeed conveyor next to him were not enclosed.
