1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Location: 1015 Pleasant St. Bridgewater, MA 02324 On September 20th, 2023, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to sixteen feet to the ground while working on a residential roof where fall protection was not utilized. The employer did not have a program to conduct and document frequent and regular inspections of their worksites to ensure that workers were protected from falls.
