29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation. 550 Fenn Road: On or about September 19, 2023, Employees were installing asphalt roofing materials with pneumatic nail guns without any eye protection devices. Employees were operating pneumatic nail guns at over 80 psi which exposed employees to eye injuries from flying debris.
