29 CFR 1910.27(a): The employer did not ensure that scaffolds used in general industry meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds).  Site Parking Lot - On or about September 20, 2023, an employee conducting tree branch cutting operations on a Daewoo Mega 400-V Wheel Loader with fork attachment, Serial # 1297 with an 8.8'L x 3.6'W and 1" thick steel plate resting on top of the forks, was raised approximately ten (10) to fifteen (15) feet above ground with no adequate fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. The scaffold (i.e., front loader with a steel metal plate resting on the forks) did not meet the requirements of 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L.
