29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 3110 Highway 162, Marianna, FL; On or about September 21, 2023 and at times prior to, the employer had not ensured that specific energy control procedures were developed, documented for machines including but not limited to SMI Machine and Palletizer machine which contained electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic energy sources, exposing employees to electrical shock, amputation, caught-in, and struck by hazards.
