Employees were exposed to stuck by, amputation hazards when operating the Little David Box Machine. The guard was not affixed to the machine or secured by other methods that offered full employee protection and was absent an interlock device.

29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: At a worksite located at 19571 Whitfield Road, Sedalia, Missouri. Employees were exposed to serious injuries to the fingers and hands, in that multiple Sprocket Wheels and Chains located on the Little David Box Machine, less than 7 feet from the floor were not enclosed and guarded.
