29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    (a) 8725 Parkland Street. Broomfield, CO 80021: On or around June 2, 2023, and at times prior, Brinkman Construction?as the controlling employer did not ensure that the subcontracted employees of Jagger Roofing were protected from falls in the employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet to the ground below while installing roofing shingles on the roof of the apartment complex under construction.  (b)  8725 Parkland Street. Broomfield, CO 80021 On or around June 2, 2023, and at times prior, Brinkman Construction?as the controlling employer did not ensure that the subcontracted employees were protected from falls in the employees were exposed fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground below while performing finish work on the balconies of the apartment complex under construction.

Broomfield, CO 80021 On or around June 2, 2023, and at times prior, Brinkman Construction?as the controlling employer did not ensure that their subcontracted employees of Jagger Roofing were  protected in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet to the ground below while conducting roofing activites on the roof of the apartment complex under construction.  (b)  8725 Parkland Street. Broomfield, CO 80021 On or around June 2, 2023, and at times prior, Brinkman Construction?as the controlling employer did not ensure that their subcontracted employees were protected from falls in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground below while performing finish work on the balconies of the apartment complex under construction.
