29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: (a)R&W Construction, LLC at the intersection of Meriwether Lane and Spring Creek Place (196th Street), Pierre, SD 57501: On or about and at times prior to September 19, 2023, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from vehicular traffic along Spring Creek Place and Meriwether, in that no traffic signs were posted to warn road users of points of hazards created by construction work performed on or in close proximity to the roadway. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards related to vehicular traffic.
