29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in an in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about July 30, 2023, an employee at the Taco Bell located at 1616 Camp Jackson Road Cahokia Heights received a work-related injury resulting in a hospitalization. The employer failed to report the hospitalization within 24-hours of it occurring.
