OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to crushed by hazards from operating powered industrial trucks not equipped with seatbelts. a) In the warehouse area located at 2209 Industrial Boulevard, Sarasota, FL: On or about 09/26/2023, the employer exposed employees to crushing hazards in the event of a forklift tip-over or being ejected from the forklift, in that, employees were driving a forklift on site that did not have a seatbelt installed.
