29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about: August 16, 2023 Location: 34 Sunnyside Ave., Pleasantville, NY 10570 a) One worker on roof of 2-story residential building performing framing work on plywood installation without utilizing fall protection. b) Worker on roof climbed onto the porch roof with a ladder approximately 10 feet in height without fall protection to access window opening for the 2nd story room to access 2nd story roof.
