29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about May 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations at approximately eight (8) feet six (6) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about May 11, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing operations at approximately fifteen (15) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, was not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. Victor Loja-Tenezaca dba Victor Loja-Tenezaca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1424122, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 10327 Linder Ave. Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
