29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about September 29, 2023, at the front porch of the house, employees performing masonry activities such as, but not limited to installing stones on beams from a scaffold in that: a) All scaffold frames were missing base plates. b) The inner portion of the scaffold frame was resting on scrap lumber. c) The outer portion of the scaffold frame was supported by a scaffold plank resting on a stack of L Cored concrete blocks.
