29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: In the truck care maintenance facility of the worksite located at 2611 South Brookhart Drive, Harrisonville, MO, employees are exposed to crushed by, struck by and caught between hazards. This was most recently documented on September 28th, 2023 when an employee was caught between a car hauler type trailer and the ground beneath the trailer due to the trailers gravitational energy.

29 CFR 1910.147(f)(3)(i): A procedure was not utilized to afford the employees a level of protection equivalent to that provided by the implementation of a personal lockout or tagout device when servicing and/or maintenance was performed by a crew, craft, department or other group: At the Love's Truck Care Facility located at 2611 South Brookhart Drive, Harrisonville, MO, employees were exposed to hazards that include crushed by, struck by, electrical, and mechanical hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to service vehicles while the vehicle keys were secured in a lockbox that was accessible to any employee and member of management that worked in the Truck Care Facility. This was most recently documented on September 28th, 2023.
