29 CFR  1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged:   a) Barnes and Noble, 1 Barnes and Noble Way, Monroe Township, NJ 08831- The employer did not ensure loads on forklifts were stable and  safely arranged in order to prevent employee exposure to struck by hazards. A forklift was unloading a pick from the 3rd shelf when an unsecured 30lb package fell from the load.  Observed on/or about  9/29/2024.
