29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances was not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways and wherever turns or passage were made. Aisles and passageways were not kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways were not appropriately marked: (a) Outbound Department: On or about 09/26/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that the floor was not marked moving east to west with pedestrian walk ways while employees pushing bins to the cardboard conveyor.
