29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was worn but not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about October 2, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing sign maintenance activities from an Model L60 Elliot Bucket Truck was using a personal fall arrest system that was not attached to the boom or basket. The employee was thereby exposed to the hazards associated with a fall of approximately seven (7') feet.
