29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a)15250 E 33rd Place Unit C, Aurora, CO 80011; On or about October 2, 2023, and at time prior, employees were exposed to pesticides and/or insecticides such as Bora-Care, Termidor SC, and Talstar P which each include acute toxicity and specific target organ effect warning. Employees dilute and spray these chemicals daily. Employees are not made aware of these hazards via a written hazard communication program, safety data sheets, or employee information and training
