29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees, as a result of a work-related incident was not reported within 24 hours. 37 Corey Road, Hancock, MA: On or about June 20, 2023, the employer had not reported the in-patient hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours of a work related incident. An employee fell from a roof and was hospitalized for two months, starting on June 19, 2023.
