29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  In the warehouse, batch, and service areas, employee(s) engaged in maintenance  activities were exposed to projectile hazards in that compressed gas cylinders, that were not in use, were not secured to prevent damage. This product is composed of hydrochloric acid. According to the SDS,  the chemical is corrosive and could result in serious eye damage, serious skin burns, and organ damage.  4) Employees work with Concrete Form Release.  This product is a petroleum based chemical. According to the SDS, exposure  could result in eye and skin irritation.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, would provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical  Employees in the Redimix Plant  were exposed to chemicals when using unlabeled chemical containers  in the following instances:  1) A Gatorade bottle filled with MasterAir AE 90 was found in the warehouse batch area. Maleated Rosin is present in MasterAir AE 90. Exposure to Maleated Rosin could result in eye and skin irritation.   2) A spray container filled with Concrete Form Release in the Concrete Form making area. Concrete Form Release is a petroleum based chemical. Exposure could result in eye and skin irritation.
