29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) In Unit 177, Building 9 at the job site of Daven Pointe, 2035 Florence Villa Grove, Davenport, FL: On or about 9/25/2023 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 11.5 feet, in that, while framing and erecting walls from an elevated surface the employer did not require employees to use any means of fall protection.
