29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4):The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. a) Marine Travelift M2800 S/N 1192-0716, 1901 Cypress St. Pensacola, FL: On or about October 2, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer allowed employees to stick body parts, such as ones head, outside the protection of the forklift.
