29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2):(2) The floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided. On or about September 24, 2023, employees working in the kitchen area, close to the sink, at MacDonald's Store 37027, were exposed to slip hazards where floors are not kept dry and alternatives for dry standing place was not provided.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Basic Requirement. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA. On or about September 24, 2023, Carrillo Hospitality, LLC failed to report an employee hospitalization in the 24 hours period provided by OSHA regulation.
