On or about 4 October 2023, Mauricio Barragan dba Mauricio Barragan, did not ensure that employees, working at 3469 New Town Lake Drive in Saint Charles, Missouri, were protected by protective helmets, where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact or from falling objects.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about 4 October 2023, employees of Mauricio Barragan (dba. Mauricio Barragan) were exposed to fall hazards while working on the roof of a residential building located at 3469 New Town Lake Drive in St. Charles, Missouri. The employees were installing roofing materials without fall protection.
