29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 9915 Boca Circle, Parker, CO: On or about October 03, 2023, the employer, C&M Construction, Inc., exposed its employees to falls from heights exceeding 6 feet, while conducting re-roofing construction on a residential home. C&M Construction, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1684497, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8-24-2023 , with respect to a workplace located at 17647 Euclid Ave., Aurora, CO 80016 C&M Construction, Inc. , was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent standard , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556944, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2-9-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5714 Gore Range Way, Golden, CO 80219.
