29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a. On or about October 04, 2023, at the site located at 4787 Cragmere Loop Clermont, FL 34711, the employer did not enforce the use of eye protection, when employees were observed using nail guns on a roof without eye protection, exposing employees to eye  hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about 10/04/2023, at the site located at 4787 Cragmere Loop Clermont, FL 34711, the employer allowed employees to install flashing on a roof of varying heights from 10-22 feet high with a pitch of 6/12, with harnesses not attached to the anchor points, exposing employees to fall hazards.
