29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures in any workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or whenever respirators were required by the employer.   a. Production Area: On or about October 4, 2023 and times prior, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that employees were required to wear 3M N95 respirators while polishing, sanding, and cutting granite stones but the employer failed to establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures.

Polishing Area: On or about October 4, 2023 and at time prior, the employer exposed an employee to respiratory hazards in that an employee was allowed to have facial hair that came  between sealing surface of the respirator facepiece and his face resulting in inadequate seal.
