29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(iv)(B): Before circuits or equipment was worked as deenergized, a qualified person did not use test equipment to test the circuit elements and electrical parts of equipment to which employees would be exposed: On or about September 30, 2023, at Sub 33 Feeder Cabinets 5 & 6, employees who were not qualified persons performed work on energized circuits or equipment that they understood had been deenergized by another employer and were exposed to electrical hazards. Electrical test equipment was not used by a qualified person to confirm if circuits or equipment were deenergized.
