29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer. On or about October 4, 2023, workers were framing an existing home that was being remodeled without the employer performing frequent and regular inspections for workplace hazards, exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately twelve feet.
