29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about 10/04/23, at the residential construction jobsite located at 62 Sandwedge Drive, Saint Charles, MO., employees were exposed to a fall and struck by hazards. Employees were observed actively installing new roofing material approximately 15 feet above ground without utilizing a fall protection method or safety eyewear while operating pneumatic nail guns.
