29 CFR  1910.37(b)(4):Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent:  (a) On or about 10/5/2023 and at times prior thereto, USACE employees working in the office at 333 SW 1st Ave SW, Portland Oregon were exposed to minor burn and smoke inhalation hazards in that directional exit signs were not visible from all locations including a distant location on the 8th floor.
