29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Worksite (61 Merrill's Wharf, New Bedford, MA): When workers were conducting roofing activities in excess of 6 feet above ground level, the controlling employer did not ensure that workers were adequately protected from falls to the ground below.
