29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. Front parking lot, located at 2801 N Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32307: On or about October 5, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to fall hazards, in that safety harnesses were not utilized by employees while working from the JLG lift. The employees were being exposed to a 20 feet fall hazard.
