29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor shall be on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored; Employees were engaged in commercial roofing activities on the existing Beatrice Fire Station located at 300 South 6th St., Beatrice, NE 68310 and were exposed to fall hazards in that the unprotected employees were working in excess of 6-feet while conducting the roofing operations.
