Woodland Ave. Runnemede, NJ: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard when working on the roof without the use of personal fall protection. The exposed workers were on a 6/12 pitch roof at a height of approximately ten to fifteen feet to the ground. above the ground. Observed on or about 10/02/23 ABC Group Contractors Inc.; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 1926.501(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1394225, CITATION NUMBER #1, ITEM NUMBER #1, ISSUED ON 06/13/2019. NOTE: FINAL ORDER DATE 07/09/2019. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
